Returns
We want you to love your order. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please keep your order number or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email us at nexrallcofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Items that cannot be returned
- Personal care and hygiene items that have been opened or used (for example skin patches, mouth tape, earbuds)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the item you have and place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will contact you to arrange the refund. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
